Interested in Reserving?

If you are interested in reserving a kitten with us, we invite you to send us an email.

Please introduce yourself. Who lives in your home - Pets, Family, and/or Friends? Where do you live? What kind of happy life are you hoping to provide for your future kitten? Let us know why you’re considering a British Shorthair, and if you have any color or gender preferences. These kittens are an extension of our family and we take great care in homing them. Please understand that asking only if a kitten is available, or how much, easily gets buried in emails and gives me no context of what home and heart you can provide.

Waitlist. I do not keep an official waitlist or accept deposits before they are born. I do my best to match kittens with the right families and homes. We have 1 - 2 litters planned a year, so sometimes we’re chatting for a long while before we have anything available. We do receive a lot of inquiries and try our best to respond to everyone. We often don’t have kittens to meet the demand, but are happy to refer serious folks to our trusted breeder friends within the US or Europe.

Next Plans.

  • Next litter is scheduled for Winter 2024 between Julio and Ocean

  • Additional pairing between Julio and Lola planned for Fall 2024

  • Additional pairing between Julio and Fig planned for Fall 2024

What’s Next?

Selecting. We start considering homes between 6 - 8 weeks. We observe them during this time to ensure they are happy, healthy, and growing well before considering them for placement. At this time, we will began contacting families and will require a 25% deposit.

New Families. After 16 weeks, kittens can be collected for their new homes. It is essential for kittens to stay with their siblings and mother during this length of time. During these few weeks, kittens are socializing, litterbox training, and building immunities. We can not release kittens before the sixteen week bench mark. Visits may be possible after deposits.

Going Home. Kittens will leave with their first series of vaccines, a veterinarian wellness exam, microchip, signed contract, and kitten box of toys, a baby blanket, and reading materials. We will always be an email or phone call away, for life. Pedigree and full ownership will be released upon spray/neuter for pet homes to ensure their safety.
